Service Coordinator (Plumbing)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate technician schedules
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
  • Receive and monitor service requests
  • Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions within the multiple software, including ServiceTrade and various customer portals
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintains on-call schedule for service technicians and after-hours service procedures
  • Reviews of completed service work orders for accuracy

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Works independently within established procedures for the specific job function.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Operating and working proficiency with computers, smartphones and iPad.

Minimum Requirement

  • A high school diploma or equivalent / higher education may be preferred
  • 2 years of experience in coordination of HVAC/Rand/or Plumbing Services.
  • Willingness to work as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under occasional pressure or within deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Dependable transportation and be able to work on-site from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
