As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented, driven and creative individual to support business growth in Access Power Solutions. As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in our work with our Service Technicians. You will collaborate closely with our service technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver superior service that meets our customers' expectations.
Core Responsibilities
· Scheduling technicians for daily jobs and supporting technicians in their daily schedules
· Communicating with customers to assure customer confidence
· Creating work orders for startups, preventative maintenance visits, and service work
· Creating purchase orders for parts needed to complete jobs
· Creating quotes for additional work needed for vendor-held contracts
· Working with the sales engineers to ensure job completeness
· Uploading startup documents and completed work order information in manufacturer’s systems
· Compiling and ordering seasonal preventative maintenance parts list
· Reviewing completed work orders for completeness and correctness before sending to accounting to invoice
· Cross trained to front and back-office Service Coordinator
· Assisting with various other duties as related to our Service team
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· A passion for customer service and exceeding customers’ expectations.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
· Communicates effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
· Self-sufficient and willing to make decisions
· Strong alignment with Access Michigan Core Values.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
