Service Crew / Fast Food Crew

A Service Crew / Fast Food Crew member works in restaurants, cafés, or fast-food chains and is responsible for delivering quick, efficient, and friendly service to customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders accurately
• Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Handle cash, card payments, and operate the POS (cash register system)
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters
• Refill supplies and ensure food items are properly stocked
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Assist team members during busy hours to ensure fast service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests politely

Skills and Qualities Needed

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Teamwork and cooperation
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina (standing for long hours, multitasking)

Pay: QAR40,000.00 - QAR44,000.00 per year
