The Service Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service team, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and efficient staff management. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards, team performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage daily activities of service crew members
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
