Chef / Kitchen Staff
- Responsibilities: Manage kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, control food costs, and create and execute the menu.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as instructed by chefs.
- Cooking: Assist chefs and cooks with the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and standards.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment; clean and sanitize countertops, work stations, and floors; and dispose of trash.
- Inventory and Stocking: Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, storing ingredients properly, checking inventory levels, and restocking supplies.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, to ensure efficient and timely meal service.
- Key skills: Experience in food preparation, knowledge of food safety and handling, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience is often helpful, though not always mandatory.

Cashier / Service Crew
- Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests, take food and drink orders, serve food, handle payments, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Key skills: Excellent customer service, menu knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
