Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 analysts across APAC, EMEA & US shifts
- Manage incidents, problems & service requests using ServiceNow
- Host daily end-of-day calls with global tech stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across service desk, desktop & app support
- Deliver accurate dashboards & SLA reports via PowerBI & ServiceNow
- Communicate directly with CTOs, Heads of Networks, Messaging, and Applications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or functional business analysis
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
- High proficiency in ServiceNow (reporting, enhancements, dashboards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CTO, Heads of Networks, Messaging, Applications)
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to assess IT infrastructure issues and gauge severity effectively
- Experience in service delivery within financial services is highly preferred
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
