Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bangalore \Hyderabad\Faridabad\Vadodara
Experience: 0–2 Years
Role: IT End User Services / Service Desk

We are looking for a Service Desk to provide first-level IT support in an enterprise environment. This role involves handling user incidents and service requests, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support users on Windows OS and basic macOS issues
  • Assist with MS Office / O365 related queries
  • Maintain asset inventory and perform basic compliance checks
  • Coordinate with L2 teams and vendors for issue resolution
  • Ensure SLA adherence and effective user communication

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Windows OS & basic macOS
  • Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN concepts
  • Familiarity with endpoint security & antivirus tools
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL® Foundation
  • Microsoft Fundamentals or equivalent
