  • Provide frontline technical support via help desk tickets, phone calls, and on-site visits, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring minimal downtime for users
  • Manage computer hardware assets by installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Assist with Active Directory management including user account creation, permissions setup, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and user account troubleshooting
  • Utilize tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, and ServiceNow for ticketing, asset management, and incident tracking
  • Collaborate with IT teams on network administration tasks involving Meraki devices and troubleshooting TCP/IP issues to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as Microsoft Windows Server environments and Microsoft Office applications
  • Help users with mobile device configuration and support across various operating systems to enhance productivity
  • Proven experience in providing technical support within a help desk or IT support environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Hands-on experience with operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11), macOS, Linux distributions; familiarity with their respective troubleshooting procedures
  • Understanding of computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, LAN/WAN configuration, VPN setup, firewall configuration (including Meraki devices), and network security best practices
  • Familiarity with Active Directory administration and Group Policy management for user access control
  • Experience using enterprise tools like SCCM for software deployment; BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for incident management; Jira for issue tracking
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including Microsoft Windows Server environments and basic network administration tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Analysis skills to diagnose complex problems quickly and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
