Service Dispatcher & Parts Coordinator

Virginia Commercial Repair Solutions is a commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical contractor based in Fishersville. We're looking for an organized, dependable person to keep our service work running smoothly — dispatching our technicians and coordinating the parts they need to get the job done.

You don't need to know HVAC — we'll teach you the trade side. If you're comfortable on a computer, steady under a busy day, and good with people, we can train the rest.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch our service technicians day to day
• Order and coordinate parts with our suppliers and track them to the job
• Keep job and customer details accurate in our scheduling system
• Communicate clearly with techs, suppliers, and customers by phone and email
• Keep the workflow moving so the techs stay productive

Qualifications

• Comfortable on a computer — email, data entry, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace
• Organized and detail-oriented — able to stay on top of schedules, parts, and paperwork on a busy day
• A clear, friendly communicator on the phone, over email, and with customers
• Dependable and punctual — the techs count on you to get their day started
• Able to handle customer and job information professionally
• Office, scheduling, dispatch, or customer-service experience is helpful, and QuickBooks or Spanish is a plus — but no HVAC experience needed. We'll train you on the rest.Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles

Schedule & pay

• Full-time, in person at our Fishersville office
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch
• Paid time off
