Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in residential and light commercial settings.
• Provide clear, upfront pricing and honest solutions to customers.
• Carry out installations and repairs according to the latest code regulations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage service calls efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry standards and technological advancements.
• Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle and tools, ensuring both are in good working condition at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and management to discuss and resolve technical issues.
• Uphold the company’s core values and standards in every customer interaction.
• Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in work processes and customer service.
• This role will run SATURDAY calls and choose a day off during standard work week. Must be a consistent day.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential electrical work is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of and experience with using Service Titan software is highly advantageous.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own a set of hand tools suitable for electrical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must own a smartphone capable of accessing company communications and job documentation apps.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and accountability in all job responsibilities.
• Be coachable and eager to learn; willing to push boundaries and grow within the company.
• Express a desire for a long-term career, not just a temporary position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining positive relations with customers and colleagues alike.
