Service Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to diagnose and repair various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. 1. Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.
2. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
3. Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
4. Conduct quality control checks on repaired devices.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
6. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
7. Stay up-to-date with latest mobile technologies and manufacturer guidelines.
