Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup: Install, calibrate, and configure medical equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and healthcare facility requirements.

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular preventive maintenance and timely repairs to ensure the continuous operation of medical devices. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals regarding the operation and functionality of medical equipment.

Training: Train healthcare staff and technicians on the correct use and handling of equipment to ensure safety and maximise product lifespan.

Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and any technical documentation related to the equipment.

Compliance: Ensure that all services and repairs comply with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and timely solutions to their technical problems.

Upgrades and Modifications: Implement equipment upgrades and modifications when required, ensuring that systems remain up-to-date with the latest technology and safety standards.

Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability for repairs and replacements.

Qualifications

DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Bio-medical Engineering

2+ Years of experience

Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills

Field Service and Communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
