About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals for full-time positions as Service Engineers.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional service and technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot laser issues remotely and on site, repair and refurbish and optimise laser system performance
- Align free space lasers from start to finish, maintaining system specifications
- Execute the installation and commissioning of laser based systems at customer locations
- Management of spare parts inventory
- Attend training courses as required to maintain skill levels. Stay ahead of the curve with continuous learning and training opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology
- Willingness to travel for service assignments
- A stable, committed professional who wants to build a lasting career
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
