Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals for full-time positions as Service Engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional service and technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot laser issues remotely and on site, repair and refurbish and optimise laser system performance
• Align free space lasers from start to finish, maintaining system specifications
• Execute the installation and commissioning of laser based systems at customer locations
• Management of spare parts inventory
• Attend training courses as required to maintain skill levels. Stay ahead of the curve with continuous learning and training opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology
• Willingness to travel for service assignments
• A stable, committed professional who wants to build a lasting career
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
