About Us
We are a leading office automation and stationery solutions company, providing sales, service, and support for a wide range of office equipment. We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our technical team and ensure smooth installation, maintenance, and repair of office equipment at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, shredders, projectors, and multifunction devices.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance visits and ensure machines are running efficiently.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage.
- Maintain service logs, documentation, and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and procurement team for spare parts requirements.
- Ensure timely response to customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
- Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of devices.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics / Electrical / IT / Mechanical—or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in servicing office automation products (Preferred: Sharp, Ricoh, Canon, HP, Epson).
- Strong knowledge of networking basics for printer installation (LAN, Wi-Fi, drivers).
- Ability to read manuals, troubleshoot independently, and work under pressure.
- UAE driving license is must.
- Good communication skills, customer handling capability, and problem-solving attitude.
