As a Service Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly.

As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you’ll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. What you will do

Travel to customer sites to:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
• Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

• Having around 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
• Education: Holding BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge with Hands On experience in Mechanical and Electrical.
• Basic Automation knowledge set and practice.
• FMCG background like Maintenance Engineer/ Service Engineer are preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• Language skills: Native Arabic and Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
• A proactive, customer-first mindset
