Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in water testing, system operation, and technical support. The role involves field-based service activities, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and close coordination with clients to ensure efficient and compliant water treatment operations.

Scope of work:

· Perform water testing and analysis for boilers, chilled water systems, cooling towers, swimming pools, and wastewater treatment plants

· Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment systems and chemical dosing equipment

· Collect water samples, conduct onsite testing, and coordinate laboratory analysis when required

· Identify issues such as scaling, corrosion, fouling, and biological growth, and recommend corrective actions

· Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of treatment systems

· Prepare detailed service reports, water test results, and technical recommendations for clients

· Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar water treatment role

· Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment systems

· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills

· Valid UAE driving license is required
