Service Engineer

Job description:

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be required to travel, install, commission, service, and

provide training to our customers across India.

You will undergo initial training and evaluation, after which you will be deployed for

various activities such as machine installation at customer sites, servicing, providing

training to customer operators and engineers, and commissioning machines at our factory.

Job Description:

Candidates with a strong interest and basic knowledge of mechanical components and

machines are highly preferred.

Those with a good intuition for troubleshooting will be given preference.

Candidates with prior experience in installation, servicing, or commissioning of machines

will be highly considered.

Good communication sk ills are essential to interact with customers, understand issues,

and resolve them effectively.

Knowledge of components such as bearings, pneumatic cylinders, belts, servo motors,

induction motors, drives, contactors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, MCPs, and sens ors is a plus.

Incentives will be awarded after successful training and evaluation based on service

competence and task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

After successful training, travel to customer locations to install and commission machines.

Provide maintenance and service support for machines at customer sites.

Conduct training for operators and maintenance teams.
