Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Setup:
• Install MRI machines at healthcare facilities, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and functioning.
• Configure and calibrate the equipment according to manufacturer specifications and clinical requirements.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the MRI machines are operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Replace or repair faulty parts, and test the equipment to verify proper operation after repairs.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and facility staff regarding MRI machine operations and troubleshooting.
• Offer training to users on proper operation and care of the equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Complete service reports and communicate with management and customers about service status and issues.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and regulations related to MRI machines.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with healthcare staff and administrators to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of MRI machine components, operation, and diagnostic procedures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques for complex medical equipment.
• Education and Certification:
• Typically requires a degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Certification or training specific to MRI machines is often required or preferred.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:
• Excellent diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
• Communication Skills:
• Effective communication with healthcare professionals and facility staff.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Attention to Detail:
• Precision in carrying out repairs and calibrations to ensure the accuracy of the MRI scans.
• Physical Stamina:
• Capability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
