Service Engineer

On Field:

Installation and commissioning of Drilling rigs.

Training to customer engineers.

Showcasing performance of rig and getting performance and

commissioning certificate. Attending the Service request and Correcting service

complaints, modifications, retro fitments.

Providing feedbacks on product performance and improvements according to the application to internal teams.

Off field:

Creating and promoting service kits for Rigs, Mud pumps, Compressor, Truck etc...

Creating scheduled maintenance charts, Troubleshooting procedure.

Correction and updating Operation, maintenance manual and spares catalogue.

Attending the Customer Service calls and Responding to it on time.

Maintaining the Service Database and records.

Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

Finding the new customers and achieving the set spares sales target of their sales area.

Secondary Role:

Preparing and Providing Jigs and fixtures required for the service works.

Sharing the new product knowledge and competitor product knowledge to the after sales and marketing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hydraulics: 3 years (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
