Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment/systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. test, and commission equipment/systems as per customer requirements

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections

4. Collaborate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution

5. Maintain accurate service records and reports

Requirements:1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

3. Technical certification (e.g., AMIE, B.Tech) preferred

4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

5. Willingness to travel
