Service Engineer

A medium-scale engineering plant on a fast growth path, located at Bangalore – Electronic City, requires a Service Engineer for Northern region Delhi.

Company involved in manufacture of Electrical Panels and Sensors such as Driver Display, Pressure, Fire Detection, Temperature sensors, Differential amplifiers, Earth fault relay etc, for Indian Railways. Selected candidates shall be provided with inhouse training.

a) Educational qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electronic Engineering or similar field.

b) Experience: Minimum 2 years / 4 years of relevant experience in servicing of electrical & electronic white goods. Experience in handling sensor product will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

Periodically (Once a week) speaking to customer to understand complaint if any and to build up relationship. Incumbent will have a list of assigned shed to be serviced.

Ensure that the customer warrantee complaint is updated on the service portal of the Service department immediately.

Replace/rectify the Trolex products immediately upon receipt of warranty complaints from the zonal sheds and Coaches.

Visiting loco shed for taking updates with SSE & JE for warranty failures closure by signing of Joint Note. Will be required to have written communication skill in English to be able to generate Joint Note.

Maintain record of attending Service.

Collected defective part to be dispatched to our works for defect investigation.

Submission of defect investigation report to the shed concerned and ensure closure of customer complaint on Railway Portal.

Other Traits:

c) Computer proficiency in Micro Soft Office. (Using Word, XL)

d) Systematic documentation for easy retrieval.

e) Proficiency in both Spoken and written English.

f) Spoken proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.

g) Age Group: 24 ~ 30 Years.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
