The Role

As a Fresher Service Engineer, you will be the frontline representative of Fluido Sense. You will transition from classroom theory to industrial reality, learning to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot the "heart" of our customers' manufacturing processes. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure our clients achieve 100% accuracy in their fluid measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Assist in the on-site setup and startup of flow meters and universal batch controllers at client facilities.
• Calibration & Testing: Learn and perform precision calibration to ensure instruments meet Fluido Sense’s strict accuracy standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues (mechanical and electronic) on-site and provide effective solutions to minimize customer downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine "health checks" on equipment to prevent future failures.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, calibration certificates, and site-visit logs with high attention to detail.
• Customer Relationship: Act as a professional brand ambassador, explaining technical operations to clients and identifying opportunities for upgrades or new solutions.

Candidate Profile (Requirements)

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of basic engineering principles, sensors, and fluid dynamics.
• Hands-on Mindset: A natural "tinkerer" who enjoys working with tools and hardware.
• Communication: Fluent in English/Hindi and [Local Language]; ability to explain complex things simply.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and a strong willingness to travel extensively to various industrial sites.
• Values: High integrity, punctuality, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
