🚨 We’re Hiring: Service Engineer
Responsible for promoting and selling after-sales services related to power transformers, including maintenance contracts, transformer repairs, periodic inspections, and testing and diagnostic services. The role requires a deep technical understanding of power transformers and the ability to provide effective solutions that meet customer needs and ensure operational continuity.
What You’ll Bring

Develop and implement sales plans for transformer service offerings in the Saudi market.

Visit clients (such as utility companies, industrial plants, contractors, etc.) to understand their technical needs and provide suitable solutions.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for services such as inspection, periodic maintenance, refurbishment, transformer installation, oil testing, and more.

Negotiate with clients and close sales deals in coordination with technical and administrative teams.

Build long-term relationships with key clients and follow up on their satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with maintenance teams and technical labs to execute projects as agreed.

Monitor market performance, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports for the sales management team highlighting progress toward sales and service targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:

At least 2 – 4 years of experience in technical service sales, preferably in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment sector.
Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of power transformer operation and maintenance techniques.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Advanced skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.

Ability to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.

Valid driving license and willingness to visit customer sites across the Kingdom.
