Job Opening : Service Engineer (Switchgear / RMU)

Department : Quality Dept.

Reporting to : Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Lead installation, testing, commissioning , and troubleshooting of switchgear & MV products.

Perform repairs, maintenance , and modifications in line with ABB standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction , prepare reports, maintain tools, and deliver on-site training.

Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service

Prepare the tools and equipment that are related to the jobs on the to-do list

Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition

Promote HSE practices , train team members, and ensure safe equipment use.

Handle accurate documentation for compliance.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

5+ years' experience in switchgear, MV, Panels, Protection Relays, IEC 61850, SCADA

Strong in problem-solving, communication, planning , and customer service
