Service Engineer (Analytical Background)

Role Purpose:
Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instrumentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for analytical instruments and systems.
• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Understand customer needs and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Ensure service activities comply with safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and escalations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in customer and internal technical training programs.
• Support warranty claims, service contracts, and AMC activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality standards.
