Service Engineer-Dryer

Position:- Service Engineer-Dryer (Chakan, Pune)

Qualification – Diploma in refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical engineering is preferred, Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems.

Key Skills Required-

Experience required- Min 04 Years

CTC Budget- Negotiable

Key Responsibilities-

• Installation and Commissioning: Installation & Commissioning of Refrigerant & Desiccant Dryers.
• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose system malfunctions, and perform repairs or replacements of defective parts. Knowledge on replacements of Desiccants in Dryers.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues in refrigeration systems of Dryers, such as leaks, pressure problems, and electrical faults. Knowledge on Desiccant Dryer operation & maintenance.
• System Servicing: Perform necessary cleaning of components like coils, drain lines, and cooling towers.
• Electrical Work: Handle electrical cabling, terminations, and connections to control panels.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance trials and operational testing to ensure systems meet design specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations related to refrigeration systems and refrigerants.
• Documentation: Interpret technical drawings and refrigeration layout diagrams to guide installation and repair.

Skills & Requirement

• Experience: Previous experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration system components and cooling technologies.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring and control panels.
• Experience with different types of systems like scroll, semi-hermetic, and rack systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with safety protocols for handling refrigerants and system testing.
• Good communication and customer service skills. Computer knowledge on MS office
• Experience in a specific environment, such as industrial facilities or cold storage companies.
