Service Engineer Excavator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service/Sales Engineer located in Kerala. The Service/ Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the sales process, understanding customer requirements, and developing tailored solutions. The role involves actively engaging with clients to promote products and services, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Engineering and Technical Support

Proficiency in Customer Service practices

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is preferred

Experience in Excavator heavy industries is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
