Responsibilities:

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our transformers operate efficiently and meet customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting transformer-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conducting installation, maintenance, and servicing of transformers at client locations.
• Performing quality control analysis and test runs to ensure transformers meet required standards.
• Resolving equipment malfunctions and providing effective technical solutions.
• Managing service reports, documenting issues, and ensuring proper communication with clients.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all service operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in transformer servicing, maintenance, or related electrical equipment.
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, quality control expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to customer sites across Gujarat as required.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with transformer testing, fault detection, and preventive maintenance.
