Service Engineer (Inkjet Printers)
The Service Engineer (Inkjet Printers) is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial inkjet printers and its ancillary equipments. He/ She will be responsible for preventive maintenance and servicing the client needs with speed and proficiency. The candidate must have a solutions orientation and be able to complete a task at hand and communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders. The position will require the candidate to travel extensively based on customer needs.

Job Description
- Perform on-site installation and servicing of industrial grade inkjet printers and other VINSAK products/ machines.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
- Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers.
- Clearly articulate product capabilities and give technical training/demonstrations to customers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems in this field.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems by phone support.
- Train customers on safe and efficient utilization of all equipment.
- Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
- Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, expense exports, installation feedback forms, etc.

Qualifications
B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics)/ Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronic.
Hands on field experience of working on servo drives or Inkjet printers.

Experience
Preferred 2 to 4 years.
Experience of printing & packaging industry and Knowledge of inkjet printers.

Competencies:
- Understanding of servo drives and PLC programs. Knowledge of PLC programming will be an added advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy weights up to 40 kg.
- Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
