Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer for Jammu location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective after‑sales support to customers, ensuring high service quality, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems along with regular customer interactions.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems, or
• Industrial refrigeration systems
• Hands‑on technical exposure in:
• Installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems
• Basic knowledge of Electrical, Electronic components & Instrumentation systems
• Candidate should have strong field experience and troubleshooting capability.

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in brazing and leak testing of refrigeration systems without leakage
• Strong technical understanding of refrigeration cycle and components
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
• Positive attitude and problem‑solving approach
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to demonstrate results
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as per service requirements

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective after‑sales service support to customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction levels.
• Execute installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Support customers to enhance equipment uptime and performance.
• Guide customers for quick resolution of operational issues.
• Actively participate in reducing customer complaints through product/process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Spares Team to ensure timely dispatch of necessary parts.
• Provide training to junior team members or customer personnel on product operation and maintenance.

• Regular travel to customer sites as needed
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely service delivery
• Ability to work independently and manage service tasks efficiently
