Job Summary

Astberg Ventilation Pvt Ltd is looking for a male candidate to join our team as a Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product replacements, managing complaints from customers and dealers, ensuring availability of spare parts, and responding to both technical and non-technical queries related to ventilation products.

Responsibilities and Duties:
You would be responsible for:

• Handle product replacements and service-related issues.
• Manage complaints from customers and channel partners (dealers/distributors).
• Monitor and coordinate the requirement and dispatch of spare parts
• Address and resolve technical and non-technical queries related to ventilation products.
• Maintain responsibility for service backup material.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
