Service Engineer – Marine & Power Generation Engines

A leading international engineering organization is seeking experienced Service Engineers and Senior Service Engineers to join its growing technical services team in Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in marine diesel engines, power generation systems, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhaul activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of diesel engines and associated systems.
Execute commissioning and service activities at customer sites.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, root cause analysis, and corrective maintenance.
Support engine performance optimization and reliability improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical service reports and communicate findings to customers.
Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and procedures.
Travel as required to customer sites, power plants, shipyards, and marine facilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience for Service Engineer level.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience for Senior Service Engineer level.
Strong experience with medium-speed or high-speed diesel engines.
Experience in marine, power generation, engine OEM, or heavy industrial service environments.
Hands-on exposure to engine overhauls, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Strong English communication skills.
