Service Engineer / Service Technician – Concrete & Foundation Machinery

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Service Engineers / Service Technicians to support our Concrete Machinery and Foundation Construction Machinery product lines. The role involves technical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high‑quality after‑sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance — Perform routine maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs for concrete machinery (pumps, mixers, batching equipment) and foundation machinery (rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall machines, hydraulic piling rigs).
• Customer Support — Provide on‑site and remote technical support; conduct customer visits; manage new machine delivery, acceptance, and after‑sales follow‑ups.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting — Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults; perform repairs and component replacements.
• Service Reporting — Prepare accurate service reports, collect technical information, and coordinate with engineering and sales teams.
• Parts Coordination — Support spare parts planning, availability, and sales targets.
• Training & Guidance — Provide machine operation guidance and technical training to customers when required.
• Product Upgrades — Assist with technical modifications, upgrades, and improvement programs.

Requirements

• Education — Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience — 2–3 years of experience in after‑sales service, mechanical maintenance, or heavy machinery service. Experience in concrete or foundation machinery is an advantage.
• Technical Skills — Strong hands‑on skills in diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults.
• Language — English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Driving License — Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
• Work Attitude — Proactive, customer‑focused, and able to work with international teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
