Service Engineer (VFD)

Wanted VFD Service Engineer (Trainee / Junior / Entry-Level)

Location: Erode / Erode-region, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Type: Full-time, On-site / Field-based (as required)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹ 12,000 – ₹ 15,000 per month

Statutory benefits: ESI / Provident Fund (PF)

Other facilities: Company-provided accommodation + food facility (if on-site or travelling for service)

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility: Diploma or BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE (or related)

0–1 year experience (freshers welcome; basic electronics knowledge expected)

Age: Below 30 years (if enforcing age preference)

Gender: Only male candidates preferred (as per company requirement)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic principles (AC/DC, motors, drives, circuits)
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, schematics
• Basic hands-on skills — e.g. wiring, component-level work, simple circuit testing/troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn about Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, drives, control systems
• Problem-solving mindset, ability to diagnose and address basic faults or defects
• Good attention to detail, willingness to follow safety procedures and company processes
• Communication skills — to interact with supervisors, customers or site personnel (if required)
• Flexibility — may need to do maintenance, installations, on-site repairs or travel depending on workload
