Service Generalist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who excels at accurate data entry and is eager to learn the service rules and procedures that guide process service. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs work per established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) within established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

· Enters appropriate legal information into the computer system in an accurate manner for most or all clients for a specific service type.

· Generates data entry printouts and proofreads for accuracy.

· Applies knowledge of client specifications to the data entry process.

· Progressively gains fundamental knowledge and applies to role responsibilities

· Adapts knowledge learned to established processes

· Resolves or reports problems encountered immediately, including unreadable data, unacceptable data, equipment malfunctions and any other problems to the reporting supervisor.

· Performs various clerical duties to include, but not limited to:

• Typing
• Photocopying/printing
• Faxing/scanning

· Provides assistance to other departments as needed.

· Assists in answering phone calls when needed that may not be department specific.

· Communicates as needed via phone & e-mail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
