"Service Head Maintenance"

We are urgently looking for Service Head-Maintenance (Operation & Commercial), for a reputed Elevator manufacturing company.

Designation : Service Head – Maintenance (Operation & Commercial)

Location : Mumbai Organization : one of the pioneers in the Indian Elevator Industry.

Education (Min) : B.E / B.Tech

Experience : 15 to 20 yrs {Elevator Background must} Should have handled Maintenance Operation, MOD, AMC – Service sales etc.

Purpose : Will oversee the activities of departments under him for the performance & efficiencies. Ensures that the departments follow very strict procedures & meets a high standard in quality of product.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Budget Planning of Service and Responsible for generating revenue as per the Budgets

2. Ensure All PM, FM, Call back, Breakdown attendance and all other functions strictly followed as per documented procedures.

3. Individual Target Setting and supporting for achieving Targets

4. Seeking support from Region and HO for implementing new Business Strategies.

5. Ensuring for Customer Satisfaction up to Maximum Level.

6. Ensuring the Team building and Motivation on high level.

7. Co Ordination with shared Services for Sales Activity and related to MIS

8. Effective adoption of CRM (Customer relationship Management)

9. Initiate, implement and manage the maintenance strategies based on best practices in the industry with an emphasis on planning/scheduling /preventative /free maintenance.

10. Manages a team of outsourced maintenance contractors & ensures that maintenance contractors are adequately trained, equipped & motivated so that the repair work and small

11. Implement new & improve methods & procedures & determine training requirements.

12. Track, analyse and improve key maintenance parameters of the dept.

13. Performance measurement and assessment of direct Reportee’s.
