Service Manager (1 yr Plumbing & Electrical exp req)

Full-service pool company is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of 5-6 Service Technicians who perform a variety of pool and spa services to customers. The position will be part out in the field handling more advanced pool and spa issues but most will be in the office working with the Service Coordinator providing assistance with organizing service calls and providing exceptional customer service. Salary will be based on experience. Prior mechanical, plumbing, or electrical experience is preferred. Full-time position with overtime and must be available to work on Saturdays. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug/alcohol test.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of plumbing and electrical experience required.
• Experience using a computer and scheduling software is preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
