JOB DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE MANAGER

· Build and sustain client relationship to ensure complete client satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the sales team to create new products.

· Manage dispatch procedure to ensure high level of client satisfaction and proficient and effective communications with field staff resources.

· Directly responsible for all field work, installation, commissioning, and other part of work. Travelling as and when required.

· Maintaining clients service logs and internal service record in a timely manner.

· Provides clients with regular reports & feedback on their service requests. Develop & maintain relations with clients.

· Collaborating with technical staff to create strategic plans to deliver services. Assign task to engineers.

· Coordinating with Regional head & Branch Manager as required and responsible for hiring and termination of service engineer, conducting performance review of Service Engineer’s.

· Initiate technical productivity improvements through field supervision and ensure quality of work to the company’s standards.

· Estimation of service repair and replacements.

· Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

· Promote and accountable for all aspects of Safety and Risk management, including proper notice to proceed, signed contracts, contract change orders.

· Attending workshops, seminars and product training regularly.

· Supervise, train, and mentor field support specialists or technicians.

·  Plan, schedule, and assign field tasks based on customer needs and technician availability.

·  Monitor field service activities to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

·  Develop and implement standard operating procedures for field operations.

·  Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of tools and parts.

·  Act as an escalation point for customer issues not resolved at the specialist level.

·  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

·  Collaborate with account managers or sales teams to understand client expectations and needs.

·  Stay current on product knowledge and support procedures.

·  Guide the team on troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades.

·  Support complex or high-priority technical cases when necessary.

· Requirements-

· Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumention Engineering

· 10+ years of experience in environmental services or sustainability roles

· - Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
