Job Purpose:
To effectively manage service team to achieve an agreed sales volume target in the Company market observation area and exploit potential to the full and secure the revenues of the Company.

Participating in planning structural measures for the area of services.

Planning and checking workshop equipment, furnishings and fixtures, operating resources and tools.

Monitoring the use of the organization resources defined.
-
Ensuring the guidelines and laws relevant for the Service area are respected on behalf of the dealership management.

Representing the legal aspects of services externally and in relation to the other dealership departments.
-
Organising preparation of internal services.
-
Responsible for passing on information to the relevant places immediately and ensuring clear storage of information.

Promoting continuous utilization of workshop rate and monitoring this according to CPS and IDSS.

Specifying process procedures for services taking rationalization possibilities and possible IT uses into account.
-
Organizing and monitoring product improvements and warranty and goodwill matters.
-
Elaborating and assessing improvement suggestions which are relevant for the area of services.
-
Ensuring participation in workshop survey, seeing to it that efficient service reception at the car is provided.
-
Organizing market observation regionally in relation to services, specifying both market and target group-oriented range of services for the area of services.

Establishing service market potential and monitoring market exploitation of services.
-
Creating marketing and advertising plans for services and seeing that these plans are implemented.

Ensuring quality customer care and management of customer contact.
-
Making decisions in the case of customer complaints and claims.
-
Monitoring regulations regarding environment protection and refuse disposal and ensuring that they are respected; this is associated with settlement of disposal contracts with suitable companies and ensuring that these contracts are adhered to, and that disposal products are correctly stored as well as checking that the appropriate technical equipment is used.

Specifying the internal, external, professional and technical requirements for training and further education.

Providing support for personnel within the framework of managerial responsibility and plans who is to be employed in each case.

Carrying annual assessments of personnel that are under his command according to the requirements of each department.

Motivating personnel and organizing regular monthly meetings with the dealership master technician and other technicians.

Establishing turnover, costs, contribution margin and results within the framework of the budget plan.
-
Planning the budgets for advertising campaigns, workshop equipment, renovation measures, training courses, representation obligations and for the purchase and sales of parts.

Compiles the monthly turnover plans and at the same time the monthly target/actual comparison

Monitoring whether objectives are attained in this regard, if deviations arise, the service manager introduces well-targeted countermeasures.

Monitoring cost trends in the sales of parts and reacts accordingly.

Provide excellent customer service, maintaining standards required to meet the business objectives.

Establishes & sustains effective relations with key customers.

Drives customer satisfaction by translating dealership objectives to consistently meet and exceed their expectations.

Continuously suggests innovative approaches to provide customize customer relation’s solutions.

Should be team orientated, generating a strong sense of team amongst their colleagues and other supporting departments of working towards a shared vision.

Communicate clear performance objectives and individual performance targets to all team members.

Inform the team on their operational performance through team meetings.

Candidate Specifications:
-
8 to 10 years in a related field/role as service manager
-
Technical Diploma/Degree with strong technical experience
-
Knowledge of current and best stock inventory systems
-
Proven ability to work independently and with others
-
MS Office skills
-
Professional/ Technical certification
-
UAE Driving License
