Your New Role
As the Service Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of HVAC service technicians and supervisors based in San Antonio, TX, overseeing field operations, safety, and profitability.
- Set goals and strategy for the Field Service Team while driving performance metrics
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of field staff
- Monitor contract performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, expenses, and service profitability
- Visit job sites to assess quality, coach team members, and maintain high standards
- Coordinate field schedules, tools, equipment, and inventory needs
- Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver professional, timely resolutions
- Collaborate across departments and maintain communication flow on large accounts
- Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service management or a related leadership role
- Technical or business associate degree preferred (or equivalent field experience)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and contract service models
- Skilled in budgeting, planning, and process improvement
- Proven leadership abilities; able to coach, mentor, and grow technicians
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with MS Office Suite and field service reporting
- Valid driver’s license
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Must pass drug screening and verify employment eligibility in the U.S.
