Service Manager – Industrial Equipment (UAE)
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service center operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a multicultural team while ensuring high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of air compressors, generators, welding machines, car lifts, and related equipment.
- Handle escalated customer issues and communicate clearly on timelines and costs.
- Supervise onsite installations of car lifts, air compressors, and paint booths.
- Manage spare parts availability and coordinate with procurement.
- Maintain service records, monthly KPIs, and warranty claim reports.
- Identify training needs and ensure compliance with UAE safety standards.
- Suggest workflow or process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements
- BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 5–10 years’ experience managing a service center in the UAE.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
- Multilingual (English & Arabic preferred).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
