Service Manager

Mary’s Pizza Shack in Santa Rosa is looking for a dedicated Service Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about service, quality, and team development.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.

Train and schedule servers and hosts while ensuring high hospitality, service, and efficiency standards.

Maintain a working knowledge of basic kitchen operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Health Benefits: 75% employer-paid, including dental and vision (Kaiser and Sutter plans available).

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation. 5 paid sick days per year.

Bonuses: Awarded at the owner's discretion.

Schedule: Determined by the general manager. We pride ourselves on reasonable hours that encourage a positive work life balance. Nights and weekends will be part of the schedule.
