Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service department in Biloxi, MS. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement within the service team. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the service department staff, including technicians and service advisors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Oversee workflow to maximize efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, maintenance schedules, and warranty claims.
• Develop and implement service department policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory and order parts and supplies as needed.
• Provide training and development opportunities for service staff to enhance skills.
• Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
