Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service team.
- Manage service schedules, assignments, and workloads.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management tools.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
