Service Manager

Location: Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the service team.
  • Manage service schedules, assignments, and workloads.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service processes and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
