Service Manager / Automotive Technician

We are a busy, fast growing independent dealership and service center looking for an experienced Service Manager / Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow and communicate clearly with customers.

**Responsibilities**

-Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with accuracy

-Manage daily service workflow and technician scheduling

- Communicate repair needs, timelines and estimates to customers

-Maintain shop organization, safety and quality standards

-Oversee parts ordering, returns and inventory control

**Requirements**

-Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

-Ability to manage a service department independently

-Professional communication and customer service skills

-Valid driver's license

-Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
