Service Manager - Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the efficient delivery of refrigeration services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a robust technical background in Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.

To provide comprehensive technical support to service engineers by assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics and the identification of required parts or services. To prepare accurate and competitive quotes for maintenance agreements and remedial works. Actively contribute to the coordination of daily activities by supporting the administration team in scheduling, resource allocation and communication with clients, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ practical experience
• F-Gas Cat 1
• City & Guilds / NVQ 3 refrigeration & air conditioning
• Computer IT and App literate
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic
• Full UK driving license

This is an office based position. You will be provided with a company vehicle, work phone, tablet, PPE and full uniform to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the best possible standard.
