HP Sales Northeast seeks a Service Manager / Dispatcher to join its industry leading team working in our Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Service Manager / Dispatcher to lead our Service Department and Dispatching operations. You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and dispatching our service repair technicians to customer locations. You will act as the central point of communication between our service repair technicians, our customers and our vendors. You will oversee the Service process, ensure quality customer service, timely service delivery, and manage our service repair technicians that are on the road within our territory. Maintain strong relationships with our customers (ie. Wendy's, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, ShopRite, etc.), service technicians, company team members and vendors. The position offers an opportunity to organize and manage our distribution network while supporting company growth an customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching service technicians based on job requirements and timely need of job
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls
• Monitor technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Utilize geotagging tools and software to track service technician locations and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain and update accurate records and schedules for service technicians - reporting of same in company systems
• Basic knowledge of transportation regulations, safety procedures, compliance requirements over our service territory.
• Handle after-hours and/or on-call coordination when required

Requirements:

• Experience of 1+ years Customer Service and Dispatch
• Office setting and proficiency with standard office equipment; computers, phones, printers, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; problem solving, ability to multi-task and deal with customers, vendors and company team members
• Experience with Salesforce, a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
