Service Manager-HVAC/BMS

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and calibration of sensors and instruments related to HVAC and BMS systems, including Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Level, Flow, CO₂, etc.
• Handling and troubleshooting of Analog Input (AI),Analog Output (AO), Digital Output (DO), and related control signals, HVAC sensors and BMS sensors.
• Configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting using HART communication.
• Participation in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration at HVAC/BMS project sites, including AHU plants and chiller plants.
• Prepare and issue detailed service reports of site, calibration reports, and test certificates.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer service queries efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC / BMS instrumentation
• Hands-on experience with HART-based instruments and Modbus-enabled devices.
• Knowledge of sensors, transmitters, controllers, and field instruments.
• Basic understanding of AHU, chiller, and BMS control systems.
• Ability to handle service, calibration, and troubleshooting tasks independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ready to travel for on-site servicing as required.
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
