Position Overview
The Service Manager role at Roberto's is 100% focused on service and hospitality. This position is fully guest-facing and floor-driven, with little to no administrative or scheduling responsibilities. The Service Manager leads through presence, coaching, and real-time feedback, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Prime's elevated service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service on the floor during shifts, ensuring flawless execution of steps of service
- Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and resolve concerns in real time
- Coach, train, and develop FOH team members through hands-on leadership and example
- Reinforce service standards, hospitality expectations, and brand values
- Support pre-shift meetings, ongoing training, and service education
- Act as a culture leader, setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and accountability
Qualifications
- Fine dining restaurant experience required
- Strong understanding of steps of service and elevated hospitality standards
- Proven ability to coach and develop service staff
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Highly professional, polished, and calm under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
