We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team.

Position Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair or replacement options, completing approved work, documenting the job properly, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a growing company with strong standards and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing issues accurately and professionally
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance services
• Clearly explain findings and service options to customers
• Build and present estimates before beginning work
• Obtain proper customer approval before completing repairs or additional work
• Complete work according to company standards, code requirements, and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Take required job photos and document work performed
• Complete job notes, invoices, and closeout steps accurately
• Communicate with dispatch, office staff, and management as needed
• Treat customers, coworkers, and property with professionalism and respect
• Follow all company safety procedures and service call standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner

Qualifications

• Plumbing service experience preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to diagnose and repair common plumbing issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
• Comfortable using mobile technology for dispatching, estimates, invoices, notes, and photos
• Willingness to follow company procedures and maintain high service standards

Preferred Experience

• Residential service plumbing experience
• Water heater repair and replacement experience
• Drain, fixture, water line, sewer line, and leak repair experience
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Ability to present options and educate customers without high-pressure sales tactics

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
